Product Description

Drills will always come off as being very important in your garage or toolbox, and its why you can bet your bottom dollar that finding the most suitable option will go a long way. With DEWALT, it’s almost like you’re never going to get let down. There are a lot of different ways to go about buying a drill and drill kits, but without the right brand to take you under their wing, you’ll notice that things are a lot tougher than you may be used to. You need an expert website that’s going to keep you updated in regards to everything related to drills. It might be the new price of a specific product, and it may just be a new release in general – it’s all out there for the taking.

Safety First?

Whenever you want to operate a drill, make sure you’re practicing the right safety techniques. Nobody needs to get hurt while they’re putting a deck together, or trying to repair something on their property through the use of a drill.

Drilling Features

This is a very compact drill, so it’s not going to take up “too much space” in your working area. It can fit into tight working conditions, and has a very lightweight design added onto everything else. It only weighs about 5.2 pounds, and is meant to keep the fatigue levels of the user as low as possible. It’s a high performance drill with 380 watts of power being used, and it also has “dual speed range”. One of the most optimal performing drills around, this is one that deserves to be looked at by all of us. The 1/2-single sleeve key-less ratcheting chuck is used to allow a tighter grip on your drill – which is needed sometimes.

What Is Worth It?

As far as the pro’s of this drill go, DEWALT is a pretty well-known brand that has no problem producing high quality pieces of equipment. Their drills follow this trend, and the lightweight design allows for you to use them without getting too tired. The dual speed range setting will keep you in the “good area” of drills, and the 380 watts of powerful is something you can never just push to the side. There’s no hard case included (like many other drills), but you will get a carrying bag! It’s just as useful.

With every product, there is going to be at least one negative trait to take into account. With this drill, it’d have to be the fact that the chuck didn’t work too well for me. Everything else was absolutely fantastic, and would warrant another purchase from me almost immediately.

Summarized (My Thoughts)

Even though there was one con to look at (and only one), DEWALT sold me on this drill within the first few hours of owning it. If you want a “game changer”, this just might be the one (as in, the drill) for you.
